By enquiring about, registering for, or participating in any Tidemark Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrolment.

Our Programmes are available to individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Singapore law.

3. Programme Description and Availability

Tidemark offers financial education Programmes conducted in Singapore. Programme content, duration, and format are described on our website and in the enrolment documentation provided to each Participant.

We reserve the right to modify programme content, scheduling, or format where reasonable notice is provided. Material changes affecting enrolled Participants will be communicated by email no less than 7 days in advance.

Programmes are subject to minimum enrolment numbers. In the event a cohort does not reach the required minimum, we will notify affected Participants and offer either a deferred start date or a full refund.

4. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a written payment arrangement agreed with Tidemark. Enrolment fees are set out on our website and in your programme confirmation.

As a Participant, you agree to:

Tidemark reserves the right to remove a Participant from a programme for conduct that materially disrupts the learning environment or breaches these Terms. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.

All Materials, session content, methodologies, and resources developed by Tidemark remain the intellectual property of Tidemark Financial Education. The following apply:

Tidemark provides financial education, not regulated financial advice. Our Programmes are designed to improve participants' understanding of personal finance and investment concepts.

Nothing communicated during a Programme, in Materials, or on our website constitutes:

Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial adviser before making financial decisions. Tidemark holds no responsibility for decisions made based on programme content.

8. Confidentiality

Financial or personal information shared by Participants during private consultation sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to other Participants or third parties, except as required by law.

Participants are also expected to respect the confidentiality of information shared by other Participants during group sessions.

To the extent permitted by applicable Singapore law:

Subject to applicable Singapore law, Tidemark's total liability to any Participant in connection with a Programme shall not exceed the fees paid by that Participant for the relevant Programme.

Tidemark shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from participation in or reliance on our Programmes or Materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tidemark, its educators, and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct during a Programme, or any misuse of programme Materials.

12. Termination

You may withdraw from a Programme at any time, subject to the refund terms set out in Section 4. Tidemark may terminate enrolment with immediate effect where a Participant breaches these Terms. Rights and obligations that by their nature survive termination (including confidentiality and intellectual property provisions) shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. Where a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre's Mediation Procedure.

Where mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For enrolled Participants, material changes will be communicated by email. Continued participation in a Programme following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
