Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who are these programmes designed for?
Our programmes serve working professionals, business owners, and individuals who want to build a more informed relationship with their money. A formal background in finance is not expected — each programme is designed to be accessible regardless of prior knowledge, though some build progressively on earlier concepts.
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions take place at our office at 71 Robinson Road, Singapore. Groups are kept small to allow for discussion and individual attention. The Architecting programme also includes three private consultations conducted one-on-one with an adviser.
What if I need to miss a session?
We understand that life does not always align with a schedule. If you need to miss a session, please let us know in advance. Session notes and supporting materials are shared with participants, and in most cases a catch-up conversation can be arranged. Participants who miss more than two sessions in a programme are encouraged to consider re-enrolling in a subsequent intake.
Are the programmes eligible for SkillsFuture credits?
We are in the process of pursuing SkillsFuture eligibility for our programmes. We recommend contacting us directly for the most current information on funding and subsidy options, as this may vary depending on the programme and intake period.
How large are the groups?
We intentionally keep groups small. Most cohorts have between eight and twelve participants. This allows for meaningful discussion, ensures that individual questions receive proper attention, and makes the learning environment feel considered rather than impersonal.
What materials are provided with each programme?
Each programme includes printed and digital materials tailored to the content. The Financial Position programme includes a financial assessment workbook and digital templates. The Investments programme includes annotated reference materials and simulation platform access. The Architecting programme includes a comprehensive planning toolkit and an annual review session.
Is there support available after completing a programme?
Participants in the Architecting programme benefit from an annual review included in the programme fee. Alumni of our other programmes are welcome to attend periodic review sessions and are on our mailing list for updated reference materials. We also welcome follow-up questions via email.
How do I register and what is the payment process?
Use the contact form below or reach us by phone. We'll arrange a brief call to confirm which programme suits you and share intake dates. Payment details are provided upon confirmation of your place. Fees are payable in Singapore dollars, and we accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
