Our Programmes
Three pathways, one consistent standard of care
Each programme addresses a distinct stage of financial life — from building a clear picture of where you stand, to understanding how investments work, to creating a coordinated long-term plan.

How we structure learning
Each Tidemark programme follows a structured rhythm: sessions build on each other, materials are designed to be referenced after the programme ends, and the pace is set deliberately to allow for genuine understanding rather than coverage of topic lists.
We begin every intake with an honest conversation about what participants know and what they find unclear. This is not a test — it is a calibration that helps the educator ensure sessions address real uncertainty rather than assumed gaps.
Group discussions are a central part of all three programmes. Many of the most useful insights participants report come from hearing how others at a similar life stage have thought about similar questions. The small cohort size — twelve maximum — makes this possible in a way that larger groups cannot replicate.
Intake calibration
We begin by understanding where each participant stands, not where we assume they do.
Structured sessions
Weekly sessions with reading, exercises, and discussion built around the programme framework.
Practical application
Each session includes an applied exercise connecting the concepts to each participant's actual situation.
Materials to keep
Printed workbooks and digital reference materials accompany every programme for ongoing use.
